mind control. I think that if I can control minds it would be easier for me to move through everyday life at work. Some people are just so stupid. I could train them to think. I hate a lot of things at work. But why do I hate them? I don't know. They try to make it fun but forces you to join in instead of convincing you. If I can control their mind, I would help them how to talk to people properly. I would teach them a lot of things that they can do improve experience at work even to the most stubborn. I would probably control their mind to promote people based on skill first. I saw an online post from a friend once saying "Talents are less favored now a days." This is true and painful. I have seen great minds leaving our company or at least our department because they see no opportunity to grow not because there isn't any. This is because the chances were given to the people who are not even capable of the position they are handling now. But then this isn't something I should worry. I always try to convince myself that I am not paid to think for all of that. If they fail but I didn't , then it isn't my fault and I should still be ok. I guess deep inside, I know that we are a community. If many fail we all fail together. and it frustrates me that my work/position can only do so little.
