Lately, I've been dealing with a lot of stress and maybe some anxiety. I'm not sure what to do because I've never really had stressful situation before. A lot of people reduce stress by really focusing on a hobby but I do not have a hobby. I've been looking for something to do to reduce my stress levels but nothing is helping, and on top of that my family keeps makng it worse. Does any body have ideas on how to reduce my stress or have and hobbies for me to try?

ReplyI would sleep the whole day, eat food that I never tried, binge playing simulation video games, ride my motorcycle to whatever roads until I get lost and have to use my gps to get back home before next morning, or go to random place with many crowds, sit at the side and observe everyone. Sometimes to random punk concerts or just chilling with buskers. Sometimes I ride my motorcycle to a friend's house and call them to come out with me without informing them first. The best one for me is staring at the sunset near the beach. You don't need to have a hobby to release stress really, you can either rest at home with warm hot coco or get out to see the nature. It takes time.
