Being a teenager in high school in this generation is harder then many will believe. Everyone is the same, and if you weren't a part of that group, you were bullied. If you didn't drink or smoke, you were boring. If you finished all your homework and studied for those tests, you were a geek. If you didn't own a phone or have wifi at your house, you were old fashioned and out of date. If you didn't have the newest name brand phone or the nicest clothes, you were poor. If you dressed like the opposite gender, loves the same gender, or were anything in between, you were a dyke, fag, or "it". I the young people now need to change the way they see other people. Be less judge mental. I know that the world is being more open to new things, but at the same time, we still single out anyone who isn't like ourselves. How can we make any progress when all we can do is hate each other?

I just don't think you get it
I was left, picked over, swept aside, forgotten, emotionally abandoned most of my life. No time for me. I was never spoiled. So yes sometimes I spoil myself....

So ... Ive Been Thinking Today
It was like any other day, the stress of paying the bills with not enough money always weighing heavy on my mind. When I started thinking ... Well, my family...
High school was hell for me too. The individual has a very hard time at the hands of the collective. Never let it break you. Check out Michael Tsarion, his Origins and Oracles presentation on Atlantis and The 4 part Posthuman World series on youtube, the latter specifically deals with the individuals struggle within the collective which it sounds to me will be something you may experience throughout your life (much as I do.)
ReplyThank you I will definitely take a look at it
