I specifically remember someone at some pointing out to me as a child that I had made a habit of living moment to moment. I point this out because it made me wonder what other ways there were to live. Also because I had deduced that being an adult ment changing the way I thought about life. I don't remember what I had decided made me more adultlike but when I switched that flip in my head I think I ruined my own life. And I've never been able to flip it back.
I read an article about existentialism. Is it possible to be in a perpetual state of existential dread?

It is possible.yeah i have had existential crisis myself.find a purpose,an anchor to tie u to the world as it is and not how u perceive it.thats all it takes.it took me a run on the beach.i found meaning on that moment.so mu existential dread went away.maybe it will work for u too.who knows?💚
