I am considering graduate school
I found the best times of my life were in undergrad
The friends, working on campus, spending most of my waking hours in classes and the library
I became one with the work I was doing, something I’ve never experienced before that
The problem is
I don’t know what major to endeavour into
I know I am supposed to go with what would be most enjoyable or has the greatest effect for my future, our future as a species
But I hate working in economics
As that was my undergrad degree major
I loved math all the way up to calculus, I really got with it all, I wanted to go into differential equations
But everyone tells me that college and especially graduate school is useless today..
I guess I just miss college, not the stupid frat party side, the side of every day and every moment of learning and working towards something greater.

The only one refraining you from your goal is not others but you. People will never shut up. If you want to do something, do it. They will only try to drag you down seeing you cherish what you are doing. Noone can tolerate someone else's happiness these days. So, go for maths . Let people speak. You can even do masters im the subject later on .
