I just found out my grandmother passed away. She was in pain and is now in a better place. I know she lived a happy life.
I've been crying nonstop for 5 hours now and I can't stop. I'm supposed to go to school tomorrow but I don't know how I'll make it. I can't stop crying. I just feel like I'm drowning in my tears. I didn't even get to say goodbye. I'm in so much pain.
How can I get through tomorrow without breaking down in the middle of class? How can I make this pain go away? At least for a while?

Iām so sorry for your loss. Losing a grandparent is so hard. For now, try to focus on all of the good times you had with your grandmother and just allow yourself time to grieve. There is nothing wrong with crying. Could you ask your parents if you could miss school for the day?
ReplyRide out your feelings & accept it. Be grateful for what you had. Talk about good memories & what you will carry on from her. We all have death & loss in our lives. No one gets out of that. Have to make the best out of everything we are dealt.
I'm sorry for your loss & glad she feels no more pain. She would not want you to lose out on life because of sadness. She had her life. You have yours. She is now an angel in your life. Blessing & guiding your life.
