I took sertraline daily (Zoloft it's also called). I had about three days where it made me feel... I guess like my body wasn't attacking itself. I didn't feel normal. I didn't really feel good either. But it mellowed me out. For three days.
After three days, I felt pretty similar to before. My therapist doctor lady told me to increase the dosage. I doubled it and it kind of did a thing. My thumbs started twitching a lot. That was disconcerting. Why should my thumbs twitch?
I noticed my thumbs twitching again today in the same way. I haven't taken Sertraline in many years, but here they are, back again, giving a little shake,
To ask if there is some mistake.

I'm...somewhere... I'm fine
I read somewhere that saying to yourself, "I got a good night's sleep last night!" will actually make you feel more rested. And you know what, it work...
The woods are lovely, dark and deep,. But I have promises to keep,. And miles to go before I sleep,. And miles to go before I sleep, Motherfucker.
ReplyI used to take effexor xr for a good while. After a while my kneees were never the same i couldn't hardly stand to put alot of pressure on them on the floor and i had involuntary muscle twitches and still have muscle twitches. Coming off of it literally gave me brain zaps like shock feelings. Those types of meds might work for some but in the end imo the side effects aren't worth it.
ReplyTell your doctor about the side effects that your experiencing.
