I want to cry right now, but I don't have anywhere to cry for.

My mind is going to break, I want to cry. I feel depressed although I'm not.
I want to die. I want to cry. I can't, my Mom goes to the bathroom every 15 mins, my bro is in the living room, my dad is in the room, my sis is in the kitchen, we have guests. I don't have my own room. I need to cry, I want to cut. I have a headache, I have a fever and a cold. My throat hurts, I want to sleep and cuddle with my teddy bear and hug it. On top of that, I'm having a ridiculous fight and arguments with people online right now. I feel personally insulted and they don't even know how much they're making me cry.

How painful to just read your experience! Please don't self harm! You don't need more hurt! I'm so sorry you are living so much! With a million things all happening at once it's naturally going to feel upsetting and confusing.
We can only walk one step at a time. (At least that's all I can do!) You have a lot of worries and things that sound emotionally upsetting (at least very upsetting and disturbing to me!)
First, all of us need a safe space sometime to relax and reflect. If you can't find a suitable place (which can happen!) know who is on your side. If people online are working against you then it sounds like they are not really working to help you heal. It may require some quiet time or separation time to free you from all the cluttering "noise. Sometimes all of us need to slow it down, quiet all the conflict, batten down our hatches, and try to sail for more calmer waters.
When it gets tense with family and friends I often encourage praising those actually in conflict, expressing your love and appreciation for whatever they on a positive understanding are trying do. If it is just too difficult to express in words, say it in writing. Just saying I love you or I really appreaciate someone can often help to smooth sharp edges.
In times where there is lots of conflict and confinement, show responsibility by taking care of your own problems. Clean up your own messes and lean in to help others. It's showing love and kindness for others in times of crises and difficulties that often get remembered. Love those who don't realize they need love; and in that process of charity and thoughtfulness, our own love gets returned.
Hang in there! Give yourself time to find options that help you to relax, reflect, and care for yourself! With best of love! ❤️

Replyplease seek help, it does get better, trus me, iv been wher u are.. tell someone, call a Crisis numbr.. when we feel lik that emotions cloud our judgmnt, you CAN get help, ppl DO care, things CAN get better...

you’re not wat u think u are, it all stems from emotions.... as negative as u may think or feel
our mind is an illusion...why shud we believe our own thoughts? belief does wonders...to believe in something postiv about urself..even one thing can change ur sequence of thoughts. humans r not hard-wired to hate themselves. ur great !! believ it! spreading postivity n luv! i hope u can get the professinl help u need.
