In my practical arts class, we're playing guitar, which I really love and I have a natural talent for, because We just started a few weeks ago and i'm really good (not tryna brag or anything bc people have said it to me a lot which is why) We are learning ode to joy and there are 3 ways to do it. 2 of them were learning a simpler song, then using the notes inthe bigger song (ode to joy) or just learn ode to joy. Me and my bff are kinda doing it together. We have a few days (we only need to be able to play the notes the right order) and we are doing the simple song first. However, my bff is really slow with it and I want to move on to the big song now, but she doesn't want to probably. Also I want to finish on time and its not like I have a guitar in my house I can practice on! So idk what to do. I was thinking of telling her I want to do it by myself and she can ask for help when she needs it. Not like the teacher said we needed to partner up! But I don't want to hurt her feelings or possibly cause her to go even slower without myself, but I need to finish on time, I have a reputation for being great at this, and I dont want to ruin it. I don't want to be selfish or to selfless, so what should I do? U want to figure out by tomorrow, so can I please have an answer? Thank you for ur time and have a nice day and life.

She also needs help with like everything
ReplyLet your friend practice on your guitar at your house. Also, TALK TO HER! Real BFFs always understand and help each other out. If it will ruin our reputation, (and this might sound a bit distrustful but...) if she is your real BFF then she will let you do the long song on your own and blow everyone away!
