I have been stressed a lot. Everything stresses me even the smallest things. I am always on guard when everything is going well, because I know something is going to go downhill. Everybody is telling me to chill and relax that everything is going to be fine. But it doesn't help me. Any support that I get doesn't help me, because I know that in the end the problems I will have to solve myself. I have been trying, but problems come one after another and it doesn't stop. I don't know what to do, I feel helpless. The thing that in some way makes me relax is when I do nothing at all knowing that I don't have to worry about anything (for example exams) or do. I just want to end it all, but I still have dream of becoming something for people. So, I keep living, but it is getting impossible. I hate the society that makes pressure on us, I hate the little things that happen to me all the time and I hate my body for causing my stress. Everybody is saying that just right mindset will make stress go away, but the thing is even if I have it doesn't go away. The stress is becoming impossible to handle. It actually hurts me. Even writing this post I am feeling that bad pain in your gut from stress. And I know that writing won't help me either, because it won't help with my problems that I need to solve myself.

ReplyHi friend. First of all, I want to tell you that you are not alone. I also often have stress problems, and I know they can be a real pain. I know that bad, stressful moments can happen even if there's seemingly nothing wrong. If, however, you know the cause of your stress, for example your exams like you said, take a moment to reflect on the importance of your problem. In the end, the things that matter are the things you like the most. You are more important than your exam. Think for a second, "who cares", and do what you want to do in that particular moment.
Also, I'm absolutely sure, I'm certain that your friends who try to help you, are doing it because they care about you, and they LOVE you. Society can be and is a bitch. It's up to you to change that status. Remember that you can be whatever you want. Even if you felt bad writing this post, talking about your problems helps. So do talk about it with the ones you love and for you are the most important. Or, if you feel angry, LET IT ALL OUT whenever you can.
Hope this little thought of mine can help you even in the slightest. Love is all. Have a good day
ReplyTry and take even just a weekend away from your life. Think about everything that's happened. Try and think where things have gone wrong. Maybe that could help what your going through. Perhaps you have a friend who can listen to you? Also, sometimes being a bit more organised can help.
I think you should take a break from what your going through.

ReplyI feel somehow the same, just stuck on the past problems.. What helps me a lot is doing things i love more, listening to music again helped me a lot. I started working out also and i helped hugely. Eating healthier, taking care of myself. Just try relaxing more and doing things for yourself, be positive and thankful for all the beautiful things in your life. We often forget how lucky we are to be alive, healthy, with not so big problems as it can be much much worse. Its all individual, but its mostly like that. It all wont matter later so just try to be happy as much as you can by doing things that make you happy 😊
