I'm so lazy I think or maybe addicted. I cant get useless thoughts off my mind. Like I cant stop thinking about food, about eating something delicious, and until I find something delicious, I just wouldn't stop. But I think actually even after finding something delicious to eat, I just cant stop.
I don't know what I am. if I'm confused or what. I just like always remain so confused or clueless. there are many things which I just cant make sense of. I cant think. mostly I'm just overthinking. I stress too much and I cant stop. I cant say why. maybe I'm just so afraid of everything. I'm so afraid of life. how do you actually stop being scared of life and the people and everything. I cant calm down. I'm confused etc even at my home. maybe I'm just so self conscious. I cant figure it out. I want to have clear vision about everything. I want to remain at peace. I get so over-whelmed by all the tasks in my mind and I give up and start wasting my time. I need a best friend or a sibling with whom i can do nearly every activity. i used to do everything with my sister or cousin but since we have grown up life have changed. I also changed. I cared so much about them but then there comes a time when you just want to give up cuz you feel that they don't value you as much as you do value them. I used to always come home depressed. I used to observe it that everyone got along so well with one another while i felt left out. why so people always hurt you. they cant stay with you nor can they stand you staying away from them. i cant face them . i cant fight them. There are just so many things you want to do in life but nothing actually not everything goes as you plan or want. I was just thinking thee same thing today. typing your thoughts out feel good bit the thing is the worry about missing the time still doesn't leave you behind. in stresses because of the time as well.

Don't worry about it. Calm your mind with tranquil thoughts or happy moments. Music is a good key for depression. Listening to relaxing music, or just some of your favorites are helpful. Spend time doing your hobbies. If you feel so overwhelmed, maybe take a trip far away from home, or a soothing stroll alone is nice. Feel encouraged. Do exotic things. Be happy. Smile.
