It's great to know that I can feel better when ever I feel depressed, lonely, sad or lack energy by simply focussing on my breath. Not just breathing deep; but staying with my breath with your mind and heart. It just bounces me to the present like nothing else and gives a clearer picture of what is happening. If half of the suffering is created by the world around us, the rest is our own mind playing with us. Just focussing on breath several times a day can make me feel great; It is just that I need to figure out a way to not forget this.
