Period panic

Hey I really need help please. So next month we’re going on holidays and will be swimming. I think my period might happen around that time. Maybe, not totally regular just yet. But I’m too scared to use a tampon and don’t want to miss out on anything. Girls, please, what should I do?

Tampons are one of the best inventions ever. I promise, you'll be glad you discovered them. You'll NEVER go back. There's nothing to be afraid of.

U can go to the doc and they will do a simple blood test or u can just self diagnose if u see the signs

hey! im a youngster who just started using tampons and my life isn't horrible anymore haha. its so much better and as you practice you learn what you should and shouldn't do. believe me i was terrified but i did it and its MUCH easier to live my life. tip: if you end up using one, put it in before swimming because they do leak after a while.

    good luck~

Use tampons or a Mooncup. Tampons are the way to go. You'll be glad you tried them. You're going to be menstruating for forty years, so best get used to it. There's nothing to worry about with tampons. Read the instructions and follow them. The leaflet is in the box or pack. You'll feel cleaner and fresher using them and you can still use pads as a backup or on other days. There's applicator tampons and non-applicator tampons. Obviously applicator ones have cardboard tubes to dispose of but might be the type to start off using and you can then go onto use non-applicator tampons as you get more confident in inserting them and know how it all works.

Tampons are fantastic, once you get used to putting them in they're like miracle workers but of you want to be more eco friendly, use a period cup!!

Don’t be scared! Tampons are the so wonderful! They help me to feel more clean and happy during that time of the month. I was scared to use them at first too but trust me you’ll get used to them, there’s a learning curve to everything!

You should use a tampon its not going to hurt you.... but water stops your flow but sometimes it may come out but you might have to get out of the pool fast but I would try and use a tampon
