I don't believe it's right for others who aren't a qualified psychologist/therapist to start making assumptions and labeling others on their mental health. It's out of the question to even have a say about someone else's life without knowing them for that matter. Without the proper qualifications and credentials, it's relevant to diagnose someone.
I had encountered many people making assumptions about me, my life, mental health and what's wrong with me. They don't have the slightest clue of what's really going on in my life and what I've been through in my past. What I am really suffering from, what I think and feel.
People would be jumping from one conclusion to the next and it makes someone who potentially is suffering from a mental illness/es uncomfortable.
To gossip about someone's mental health,is very personal and private. It's worst without really understanding what is happening to a person.
I wish some people would be a little more considerate, than to be gossiping about something they don't have a fucking clue about and are insensitive towards the topic of mental health.
Please, watch what you say about others in general. Especially, if they are or maybe suffering from mental illnesses and need help.
