I smoke A LOT of weed:
When I am stressed out, angry or excited I smoke. just ate? smoke. just cried? smoke. verbal and physical argument with spouse? smoke. Don't get me wrong I know weed isn't harmful in the slightest but knowing that I use it as a coping mechanism for my depression and anxiety and everyday life; it worries me. I don't like being dependent on anything.
Lately I've gotten Into a habit of trying to longboard everywhere:
Gotta pay the rent? Longboard. Dropping off my stepdaughter at school? longboard. Gonna pick up some groceries? Longboard. Although I still come back to the smoking and relaxing phase, I think a part of me is trying to distract myself with riding around so I don't have to depend on it as much.
idk maybe I'm just being paranoid, it Is only weed after all.

I love weed but its slowly turning my lips darker ughhhh I’m thinking about investing in a good vapor. But I agree maybe doing it everyday is not the best and safest thing to do. I usually do it like twice a week if even that
Replyomg same ! I always buy extra mouth teeth an lip products because of the stain of the dutches. I started smoking heavy when I moved into my own apartment and I mean I don't like freak out if I don't have it but I do feel kind of a difference in moods when I do.
ReplyI smoked it every day since 8th grade I quit in my late 40s since I quit I don't like myself anymore. It was something I really needed to be who I am. Recently I smoked again and it just makes me so paranoid and gives me a headache. What a dilemma. One thing I wish I still had was all the money I spent over the years. I spent a lot I smoked 1 oz.. a week for years that's a lot of money with nothing to show for it.
