Find a way to get it out of you. If speaking or writing doesn’t work for you, try drawing or painting or dancing what’s inside of you. It doesn’t have to be pretty and it doesn’t have to be good. No one has to see it. You just need to get it out of you. Find a song that you can relate to and sing it at the top of your lungs. Sing it till your lungs hurt. No one has to hear you. You just need to find a way to get it out of you.
Replyi often scream into my pillow, or listen to an aggressive song (like metal or something) and pretend im in a big concert singing with the singer. pretending to be on a runway and walking to the beat of a high energy song helps me with confidence too. you got this. deep breaths. you got this.
