When I hear "Mental Illness" I think of how strong someone has to be to get through just one day. The struggle it takes to even get up and out of bed, or to get ready to do anything period. Everyday is different, everyday is one step at a time. Each person who has a mental illness deals with them differently. I am one of many who deal mental illnesses. Bi-polar disorder, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), Severe Depression, and Sever Anxiety. I struggle daily and it is a challenge to get through any day. I think about all of the strong minds coming together and realizing these illnesses do not make you any different from someone who has no mental illness!

ReplyYou are no different than anybody! You can even become more stronger, but for that you need to face challenges. Plan a goal, and go for it. The relation is proportional, the bigger the goal the more challenging it is!
