I want to excersize more but when I try to I can't get anything done. I've given myself a schedule and it still isn't effective enough. I have ADHD so I can't exercise when people are at home or something else is slightly wrong. And even then it's too hard to want to get up and go. + it's been 90° for the past two months...

That's where discipline comes into place. Something needs to push it even if it isn't yourself at the start that will hold you to it. Maybe by telling someone and they may check up on your process. Once you see results that should then give you the push in yourself to continue. It really is the start, once thats overcome its nearly smooth sailing.
