I dropped a deuce at work today.

Been with the company 13 months and this is the very first time I released feces into the toilet on company property.

Don’t worry I didn’t release feces into the conference room or the vestibule in that would be inappropriate on my part.

Why am I disclosing this to you?

To (in my roundabout ham fisted way) let you know that as fucked up in the head as I am (If you’re a long time reader of 4344 you know this) despite all the rancorous, ribald fucked up shit I post, despite the suicidal ideation, crippling depression and the fact I used to drink lighter fluid, oh and I was homeless too for a time-there's something about eating out of the trash that really changes a person-but in spite of all of that I want you to know...

No matter where you’re at, you can change. You can come back, sure you'll be different, and it won't be easy...

But it’ll be worth it, and sure you won’t be the same. But if you play your cards right...

You’ll be better 💯
