I am terrified of butterflies,
The little wing beats I feel inside,
Like a swarm of beasts raging wild,
I am terrified of butterflies.
The make me feel so sick inside,
The thousands of enormous butterflies,
All fluttering and shattering my confidence,
I want to hide.
I am terrfied of butterflies,
The way they feel inside my mind,
I am terrified of their constant stuttering,
I want to sleep and I want to die.
The feeling deep inside my brain,
I know its not really a real thing,
But the idea of going back out there,
The fear I feel is more than I can compare.
My butterflies are killing me,
They flutter mad in hopes to be free,
The ferocity and vigorous is a feeling that is comsuming me.
I want to calm the raging waves,
I want to them all to know its okay,
I want the feeling inside to stop,
I want the thoughts of butterflies to drop.
Because I am terrified of my butterflies.
