Sometimes, I tend to brush it off by doing other activities
ReplyI laugh over it.
ReplyAh, that's annoying. I read something interesting once, I don't know how well it works, but I've tried it out. It was on how you always forget what you were doing when you walk into another room. It said there actually is a psychological explanation for it. Apparently when we walk through a doorway our minds automatically want to switch to whatever task you're doing next. So if you want to forget something embarrassing, it said to walk through a doorway. By that it means, imagine yourself in that embarrassing situation, then imagine yourself walking through a doorway. Apparently that supposed to help you forget it. I dunno, but it's worth a shot.
But really I just try and occupy myself with something else. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
ReplyLiterally just move on. It's all in the past. You're in the present. Worry about the present.
