I get angry more than usual. I don't know why but my patience level is gone and I can't control it. I have no methods to control it so my anger gets the best of me and I said things I shouldn't. I read online on methods but I want to know if there's anyone out there with the same problem as me and if you have other methods that can help me.

take deep breaths, it helps me to gain control of myself back. As well as just walking away from the situation that's making you angry.. i hope you will be okay <3
ReplyI am facing the same problem. I observed it started when I drifted to another city away from my family and staying alone for my job. I got irritated very easily and got angry. Due to my job, I could not get enough sleep which is fueling my problem more.
Then I started doing meditation and read light books (Comady) or watch happy movies.... It helps me a lot now. Hope it can help u too
