I slipped into an eating disorder no one even knows about. I'm eating 400 calories a day. i'm assessing every inch of my body because i'm scared i have cancer. my boyfriend who is 20 years older than me dumped me. (he's narcisstic) ... i'm 23 and i feel like my life is going nowhere. i've got pretty much nothing. The only thing that is keeping me alive is watching that scale go down each day. No one even cares. too Scared to die, too scared to live.

Im sure there are people that care. I care. Tell somebody what youre feeling what youre going through if youre able to. Dont starve yourself it will only make you weak. If youre afraid of cancer go get checked. Sorry youre in this situation. Hang in there dont give up. Stay strong.
Replyyou need to build a support system of people who care, sure you'll go through people who only want to use you, but it happens to all of us. being positive truly is the best thing that happened to my brain. life is brighter when you look for positivity <3

ReplyIt doesn't matter who cares as long as you reach a healthy weight. See a doctor and get checked for cancer if you think you have it.

Relatively speaking your life is still gaining traction, forget about direction or speed!
My dear, if you can say you're atleast employed and out of you parent's house than you're doing extremely well!
Eating 400 calories a day for an extended time is what i do all the time. Sometimes i'm horribly horrbily horrible to myself. But it's been countered by the fact i need more calories so i can have energy for my heavy runs and boxing.
So, have tried getting on a plan that doesn't just involve calories? Is your eating disorder triggered by just the food, or weight portion, or both?
Definitely reflect, and reassure yourself about a healthier plan to improve you body.

as for your self esteem right now, i hope it improves. Having a negative mindset doesn't help us to move in positive direction. Have hope friend. Seasons do change.
