Are cigarettes really that hard to kick? My parents can't seem to do it. I've smoked before and all I had was a few irritable days then with in a couple weeks to a month didn't miss them. They stink like a mf.

WARN #4344
When I was in rehab and theyβd make us sit through those awful smoking cessation videos it just made us want to smoke all the more. One woman did until som...
I used to smoke, but only about eight a day. I decided to quit and did. Until one day a guy offered me a smoke and kept saying, "Have one, come on have one." I thought one wouldn't matter but it did and I ended up smoking again for quite a while. However, I quit again and don't smoke at all any more. It is harder for heavy smokers to quit. And some people get sick when they quit. Your parents may have been smoking for years and if so they have developed quite a habit. They have to make a definite decision to quit and do it, but it could be easier for them to keep smoking.
ReplyNot really easier they spend enough on them per month to make a Cadillac payment. Plus size don't enjoy the second hand smoke in the house either it's already messed with our dogs lungs. They simply won't try. My dad would rather walk about a block to the store in cold weather and get em as try to quit. Like I told them I never had it that bad for nicotine and I'm totally glad I was able to quit before it developed into a big habit. However working at a factory I would come in and clean out black crap out of my nose from weld smoke in the air so not sure if it made a difference either way.
