My Unsent Letter
Hey you, How are you doing? You've been on my mind quite often these days and I'm constantly wondering why. I've isolated you out of my life lately but now I...
Probably because some kids can't behave themselves, others don't want to learn, and the teacher has to interrupt what they are doing to tell kids off.
ReplyAlso, school districts overcrowd classroom so it's much more difficult to get through to as many students. Teachers are underpaid. Teachers can also have a lasting impression on kids so if you don't act a certain way a kid can carry that impression for the rest of his life. Parents today usually blame the teacher for a kid failing a class. The technology in many schools are lacking. Not to mention, the rise in school shootings. The list goes on.

I am incredibly grateful for my former teachers, and I'm proud that you're still teaching despite the difficulties. Teachers really do impact future generations.
ReplyAs the previous guest put it, it is true most areas are under-equipped and overwhelmed, as if given a single shovel to hold off hoards of the undead and being told "Good luck with that!" Eventually the shoulders and back will get worn out from trying to fend off the inevitable. There is so much that can use adjusting, and so many tools that can be utilized these days to help alleviate the stresses.
