I have been isolating myself so much. I don't feel like talking to people but I know it's wrong if I don't. I am feeling sad, stressed, and overwhelmed everyday. I am getting tired everyday. I am getting tired of everything. I am getting tired of overthinking everything that is going not right because of my own mental health. I don't know who to turn to for help anymore. My mental health is affecting me in everything.
