Recently I have been at an all time low with my self esteem, I feel like with all my mates having perfect figures that everyone wishes they had. Also I have recently got out of a toxic friendship with one of my ex best friends, she would always body shame me and chat shit about my body to my friends ( that obviously told me). Last year I didn't worry about my appearance bc I thought I was normal like everyone else but now I have come to realise that I'm 2-4inches taller than most people in my year and I'm flat everywhere and everyone always calls me lanky or a twig and now I just look at myself in the mirror and all I can point out is what's wrong with me and I have tried all of these workouts to get you into the perfect body but then my toxic friend would just make me feel so much worse so I stopped working out and honestly I just need a big hug from someone(not my current best friend) that always just says same when I try and open up to them on how I feel. I try so hard to keep how I feel but when I tell someone they just turn it into something about them.
Please someone (if you read this far) give me something to make me more confident and just feel good about my body and who I am
