I want to get help, but I have no idea how to go about it. I mean I've had counselling before in the past but it's all fun and games If you can talk to the other person which is a skill I cannot say I have.
Other then that I dont know what other options are out there for me. When i have decent days (like now) when I can reason the thoughts are crap, and help is a necessity, but on low low days I wouldn't even begin to think like this.
Sorry this isnt worded very well, I'm just a little confused but momentarily no I want to become a better me
