You are right. People aren't looking after their social health because they are too busy playing video games and staring at screens doing whatever. They can't even talk to one another on phones any more. They text back and forth to each other instead. With all of this screen staring stuff they do being social is becoming minimal. If all of this technical stuff was gotten rid of people would be sociable again and be much healthier mentally. Humans aren't meant to be spending so much time shut off from everyone else. Children should be outside playing with friends instead of playing video games indoors. This is why this generation as so many mental problems. ReplyHi there, depression and anxiety makes you feel helpless, I know. There are a million avenues I have never explored and a million roads I have not ventured down, but one road I have walked a couple of times in my life is depression. The dark avenues of despair. The feeling of being trapped and drowning, not knowing how to come up for air. This comment is not a guide to healing depression. It is not the medical take (although it could be) on the condition of depression but my experience, what helped me and are my keys and steps for healing depression. There is quite a lot you can do on your own to fight back. For me what helped was I got a routine that put in some sort of structure in my life and setting a schedule everyday with
set goals to reach. I also came across this mind, body and wellness platform called Connectable Life, that connects specialists with clients online.
