Deficit calories. This is definitely work. I lost about only 1-2 kg or 2 to 4 pounds only a month. It is achievement. You have to be patient. As long as you deficit calories you will be fine and lose weight.
Replyim on a journey to loose 100 pounds. Its so hard! The best thing to do first is to think how you eat. and change the way you eat. i eat more fruit than i ever have. than go walking. dont know where you live is hot but where i live is extremely hot so cant walk outside, so i ordered a treadmill. I havent got it yet. but when i do, i will do the 21 day challenge which is walk one mile a day for 21 days.and go from there. little changes add up. and dont keep any junk food in your house just fruit and vegetables.
and try not to eat out at all. cook everything at home. i hope this helps. my mom is a personal trainer so she helps me keep accountable .
