So basically what happened was that I was with my friend and we were chatting. Then my mom came in and asked me to do my homework so I went in and did it and my brother was supposed to practice doing piano. But he didn’t do it and went to do something else. It was okay for me for a while but then I felt mad that I had to do something and he didn’t. So I just expressed my emotions by screaming and then I cry and I felt sad and mad and angry and explosive. So then I stopped for a little to try to control my emotions. I did but then I started thinking about how annoyed everyone is and how bad it is that I started to scream and and let go of my emotions. I know that I shouldn’t feel bad but I do and I can’t do anything about it because I have been trying to control it and think that I shouldn’t feel bad. That’s all. He’s playing right now and I finished my homework and my emotions are better so YAY!!!!!! :)
