I witnessed an event a year ago, my father had an accident and fell from the first floor balcony, back then i felt like the whole world was ending for me, he recovered after 4 months of excessive hard work and treatment, a month back he had surgery and is now in his previous state of unconsciousness and all the past memories are rushing back and it feels like my head is going to explode from all the flashbacks that are happening, I’ve developed migraines which cause terrible nausea. Im getting extremely intrusive and triggering thoughts which make my hands and feet go numb just from the anxiety and it feels like my heart is going to explode

Take care!
