why does no one check on the “good kid?” good grades doesn’t equal good mental health. i’m literally waiting for the day i burnout or the day i explode from all my bottled up anger. my stomach hurts from forgetting to eat from the constant pressure of having to ace a test or studying. i’m exhausted and i can’t wait for the day i just break. i may be the quiet good kid but i’m only doing this out of fear of failure. and i have zero self confidence, i think i am a selfish, talentless, useless, stupid brat with no future. :)

Tired thoughts
Everybody keeps abandoning/ghosting me in life. It really sucks. I'm not doing anything to anybody to deserve it what the heck????? You can't count on anybody b...
i understand. please eat more, take your own breaks, make time for yourself. make yourself happy, dont try to be perfect, it leads nowhere good.
ReplyI totally get this! I'm in an accelerated program at school and all of my classmates struggle with this. I suggest addressing this problem with parents or teachers. If no one is asking, speak up. You are your own hero and you can do this! Sometimes, the straight A students start to fall behind on self care and real life skills.
Don't forget that by addressing things and taking time for yourself, you are learning in other ways. You can't truly succeed when you burn yourself out in the process. Work towards being someone you can be proud of, both mentally, and emotionally.
You can do this! Now go eat something, drink some water, and go to sleep. A health body and a healthy mind makes a successful student!
ReplyIf you think of yourself in negative ways that is how you will be. So think of yourself in positive ways and then you will succeed. To build up self confidence write a speech and then memorise it and stand in front of your family and say it. You can write a few speeches and do this until you gain confidence.
