This might be the end...
I know why... But I couldn't think of any reason, how I got the courage to speak up. It hurts like hell because we've been together for 4 years and more... B...

I love you, but, you're making this unbearable.
Mom, that's how I feel. Sometimes I want to stuff my backpack with documents, some clothes and leave for good....

ReplyIn the morning, watch videos to teach you breathing exercises. They improve blood flow, which in turn improves brain function. Do these exercises while the testing rules are being read and during breaks. Also remember to eat a breakfast filled with protein. Protein can help brain function and activity, as well as help white matter in your brain function better. I recommend hard boiled eggs, full of protein, no disruptive fatty oils, and a heart healthy choice. If not this, try cooking eggs however you normally would, avoiding things like mayonnaise and mustard, If you have neither of these, try a whole wheat cereal with high amounts of iron. You can partner this with a fruit or vegetable, and make sure there is some natural sugar in the breakfast. Avoid caffeine, it can help you for about 30 minutes or so, but then you get lethargic and sometimes jittery, and certain people may get a stomach ache. Finally, don't panic, relax. You've got this. Take a deep breath in and remember; it's one test, one year, when it's all said and done, I'll have moved on. If you get a poor grade, relax. It's okay. You're doing fine. Think not about the consequences, but the actions that caused those. Try sleeping well, eating healthy, staying moderately active, and just be you. But most importantly; It's okay to make mistakes, as long as you do your best to at least be happy.

Don't think too hard. Relax. You'll be okay. You're doing fine.
Don't stress over one thing, skip it, move on, then go back to it.
