I am so confused. My husband recently started acting very cold towards me after an argument where he says he feels disrespected because I constantly disagree with him. He leaves the house more regularly to cool off as he says and its usually to play basketball, now I don't know this until after he comes back home and I overhear him telling his friends that he went to play some basketball at the gym. He has ignored me now for five days straight only talking to me when he wants to know why I am doing a particular thing a certain way. When he leaves the house he doesn't say goodbye to me but will go out of his way to say goodbye to the kids. The first couple days he slept on the couch, he slept in the room with me for the past few days but when I asked him last night if he is still upset, he said he didn't want to talk about it and turned over and fell asleep. I am an adult and don't want to take the road of giving him a taste of his own medicine and treat him in a simular way. I don't want to get up and leave without saying goodbye or telling him where I am going. I have just been giving him space and not nagging him about the issue but at the same time it makes me feel alone and frustrated that he is okay with his actions.

Great so I do like her But now she's taken And I have to pretend to be happy....
You didn’t mention what the argument was about . If it is something big and serious he has ever right to be upset and deal with it how he wishes . Be grateful he’s making small steps by coming back into the room . I’m sure you did something to greatly upset him lol
ReplyYou need to talk. Him ignoring the problem won’t make it better. You need to convince him to have a grown-up conversation with you.
