I try my best to lose weight, but after few days, I feel discouraged, this month I dedicated to not give up, it's been 8 days, I see no results, my eating habits are BAD! I eat almost like 9 times a day, I try to reduce it, but I give up, I feel like I'll never get my dream body! *Cries* If u have any help I would love, it, I feel too fat at my age (141+ pounds at the age of 13 😢) And I don't want to be too fat, I would love to have a nice shape help please

Try to walk 15000 steps a day for a month, you will most defenitely see results.
Stay away from unhealthy stuff
Replyinstead of those unhealthy stuff eat whole vegetables and fruits, nuts protein shakes
ReplyDepending on your height I don't think that's too bad of a weight. Dream body? Idk what that is but you sound ok already to me. You could have low metabolism. It's always best to see your Dr before you even attempt diets. I used to walk alot that helped me. Try staying away from soda and junk food I know it's hard. But just keep at it don't quit. Also you need to learn to be comfortable with yourself. Your weight /dream body doesn't define you. Who you are does.

ReplyIm trying to weigh 140. I weigh 228 now. im on a journey to loose 100 plus . Dont give up. you sound healthy to me. Exercise is always good no matter what size you are. Just take a walk. start small then go up . like walk for 20 minutes for a couple of weeks then move up to 30 min. I will tell you what i eat. I eat oatmeal for breakfast then a salad or a protein drink for lunch then a protein(like chicken) and a vegetable. everything will be ok.
