I am an energetic person, no one around me denies that I am always hyped and positive about everything. Though, today I had this feeling, a really sad feeling. A feeling that you never had before, maybe it is a feeling that I never expressed before. My friends saw me and told me to cheer up and told me that "the happy(my name) is best me". That word hurt me more than sadness. Do I have to be happy? Why should I? Am I the pet that has to make you happy by being happy? That person might have just said it because that person wanted me to be happy, but still, it still is in my mind

you have the right to feel however you feel, whatever shows up for you. And you don't have to justify it to anyone, not even yourself. and you don't owe a thing to anyone. feel deeply what you feel it's a lesson for you to embrace<3
ReplyThey want you to be happy, and happy IS the best feeling. Since feeling bad can technically hurt your body. But enough sciency stuff. If you feel sad, and you have friends who are close to you and will be there for you, you can totally tell them. They could probably manage to cheer you up. Friends are great sometimes.
