So basically I love to sing and there is an app which I use alot to sing for last month I didn't use it all . My exams are in 8 days from today and today after giving my test I again reinstalled that app and started singing in it , and I am afraid that again I'll start wasting my time there but I have my exams. I feel like I am addicted to it . I tried to permanently delete my ID there but it does not even have any option to delete the ID for those who have crossed a certain level in the app . I don't know what to do I just want to get rid of it , I don't want to waste my time there. But then once I start I cannot stop myself.. If you have any suggestions how should I permanently get rid of it then please suggest me, I would really appreciate it.

I would recommend seeing if you can add a time limit on it. Some phones have an option where you can only allow yourself a certain amount of time on a certain app per day. If your phone doesn't have that, there are several other apps that you can download to do it. I would lower the time a bit each day, and slowly quit.
