I enjoy my life rn. I really do and remembering the past me "who, this is a big difference"
I used to think like "What do I live for?" but now I just let it be, I will know it when it's time. I also used to think "Why is everything so bad?"
but now... I don't question myself anymore. I do my best to think that everything is good. I make myself happy, by doing the things that makes me happy for example, looking at the sky (The sky has no limits. Neither should you -Usain Bolt). I also enjoy talking to myself in the bathroom. When showering I'm washing away the dirt in my body, at the same time washing away what makes makes me anxious and other things that makes me stress out. You should also try talking to yourself in the bathroom. You have to know what are the things that makes you anxious or stress and just say it out in the bathroom.
Everyday, after you wake up, say 5 things you love about yourself or about your life.

You might not have notice it, but something is changing for the good in your life and you have to believe me.
Sometimes I still encounter some stress and anxiety but I'm happy really... and I'm really really thankful and I'm still open for improvement.
