I get anxious about the future.. wondering if I’ll do good, if I’ll ever be all that I want to be, if I was fail.
I get anxious about the past.. over analyzing everything I did or said, coming up with better ways to do things I’ve already done.
I do have my way of dealing with all this so I’m good. I wrote down anyway hoping it helps you.
