God asked me to hand over a situation that I was angry with to Him and I have. So now that I am letting Him handle it I am no longer angry. God is in charge and He knows best.
ReplyDon't avoid getting angry. Anger is a useful emotion, it signals there is a problem with you and you need to act on it. I agree with point 1, ask yourself why you are angry before you act on it, and whether you can tackle it amicably, so it doesn't turn into aggression.
