If some good happens in my life, my parents takes the credit for it and tells me it's only because of them that this happened.
But if something bad happens in my life, they say it's all because of me. They curses me, calls be black sheep of the house, yells at me, hits me, breaks me down emotionally.

I'm in the same situation. I have an over-controlling mother who blames me for her mistakes and then takes the credit for anything good that I do. She says that I would be no where in life without her. She tells me I'm lazy, good for nothing, stupid, and would end up on the streets without her help. Yeah I know what it's like. I haven't found a solution to it either. The only thing I've found is to stay strong and let words go through one ear and out the other.

ReplyOmg hits you? No parent should hit you or any of the rest of that. If they hurt you call the police report them. Idk how old you are but those are extremely toxic behaviors for parents to have. How can they possibly take credit for something good that happens do they think they're magical fairies? I think they have mental issues that they're taking out on you. Your best bet is get away from them asap. Parents are really toxic right now from what I've been seeing alot of peoples. I think the covid pandemic is making alot of them crazy quite honestly. Hope your situation gets better.
