I have an addiction of drawing on my hands, I want to stop but I can't. I might not be doing anything and I pick a permanent marker and start drawing. How do I stop

Well doing something to make a negative association w drawing on your hands may help. Or distracting yourself in summary ways. My family would lick salt whenever they felt the urge to smoke when trying to quit. I’m aware there are doodling apps and tabs you can open on your computer to doodle, maybe that can be something to do in a similar way?
Drawing is a cool addiction, just maybe not on your hands all the time :) The way to break an addiction is to re-channel it, or change the routine that your brain is creating. So for example, next time you realize you're drawing on your hands, force yourself to find a piece of scrap paper instead, or a doodling app like the other commenter suggested. If you have an iPhone, there's a doodling feature in Notes... Create a new note and just tap the little squiggle line at the bottom.
The idea is to create a new routine the right way. And I would also say, keep things positive, don't feel bad for drawing on your hands, just channel it into doing it right. In 10 years I want an autographed copy of your famous art doodles ;)
Make sure you leave a longer amount of time in between every time you do this until you stop altogether. Or you can wear gloves.
