ReplyFirst, close all the tabs inside your brain and refresh it with sip of water. Second, focus on breathing and give your brain good amount of oxygen. Third, close your eyes and remind yourself that you don't need to be anxious rn bc it's won't solving anything.

ReplyHi, I can't sleep either... I try to listen to a podcast on spotify to help me sleep. I have many regrets and fear of past mistakes eating me alive so I am usually up into the early hours of the next day... I read really trashy romance books and listen to podcasts to help me fall asleep. Hope I helped? :)
