i like to put things that need to be done on my phone calendar and set alarms. make your own due dates even if the actual due date is later on. it's also a good idea to let your phone charge on the other side of the room while you're working on something. I moved the place i charge my phone so that I don't reach for it to procrastinate sleeping.
ReplyMake a list of work on the basis of priority of how important it is. And finish the most important one first followed by others.
ReplyI use to hate planners, but this semester in college i got a monthly planner and it's saved my ass quite a few times
ReplyGet up. Do what you need to do. Write a list make a scheduled time if you're busy.
