I think I have anxiety and I hate it so much and i don't know what to do or how to deal with it. Lately I do not even know what has been causing it. if anyone has advice or tips it would be very helpful.

That happened to me a while ago and the doctor gave me a prescription for Duloxetine tablets and they fixed it and my panic attacks as well.
ReplyFirst of all, take deep breaths. If you haven't done so try talking to your doctor about it they can take care of it. Maybe try to see in what situation you get the most anxiety, try to see if it could be social anxiety or maybe separation anxiety. What I do is to try to take deep breaths and have a blank mind. But I would definitely suggest to maybe talk to your doctor.
ReplyAnxiety and depression are something we can't escape on our own. I have tried it so many times, still trying day and night but it is something you can't come out of your own. Find someone or something that can pull you out of it. Speak, scream, share, tell everything you have in your mind and heart. Find someone who can listen and only listen without saying a word, without advising, without judging. People like us only need someone to listen to us and let us say everything we have been holding inside us.
