Every time I feel like relapsing because my old habits are comforting, I come here to write so that I can keep my mind off purging. I am more than a month into stopping, but now my period is going to come which is always a triggering time for me. It's very easy to feel bloated on my period from eating or drinking the tiniest amount. That is not helpful because when I bloat, my brain feels uncomfortable, and the desire to purge is strong until it's gone. I am bloated right now, but instead of doing anything bad to my body, I decided to fill up an entire water bottle to drink, then, let everything digest naturally. Hopefully it helps because I really am struggling.
