Had a huge breakdown earlier so getting my crap back together.
I've logged out of social media, turned off all notifications for things I can't log out of (wanna keep my phone for music...)
This will only be for a couple of weeks depending.
I've got to tidy my room
Carry on with my book
Finish my online courses
Get back into working out daily
Any other suggestions of things I can do for me, to help keep me in a good headspace (obviously within lockdown restrictions) would be greatly appreciated.
Need to find things to help fill my days up.

make sure you are getting proper sleep. it helps to at least once a week meditate, do yoga, esoteric workout, pray, or something spiritual (alone, not with people), for your mind
ReplyOne thing I did is make a list of something you want to do either in the next week or even the next few months. It could be something small like get your nails done or something like get a better or new job. I want to appauled you for turning off social media. Since I've been living with my mom for about two years I haven't had a phone and it's really hard. She even forced me to do online school so I don't even have school to talk to people. One thing I love to do is clean and orginize my things. Whether that be going and buying a new wardrobe or just figuring out what playlist on my phone I wanna create next. I love to make playlist on my spotify and soundcloud for how I feel in the moment. Another thing you could do is just look up on google what to do when bored and try something new. I'm turning 18 soon so I've made a list of things I want to explore and learn about on my own. Things like tattoos, opening a bank account, getting a job, and maybe trying to learn to play my guitar.<3
ReplyThank you 🧡
Having a hobby is so important for mental health- learning an instrument is great. Once you learn one, picking up another one becomes easier and easier. Personally found an electric guitar easier to learn, I found they had a smaller neck so when practicing hand placements, chords and moving my hands was a little bit easier.
Proud of you for adapting at your mums without a phone. I don't think I could ever cut myself off that much.
I hope you accomplish all the things you want to too!
ReplyOf course and thanks<3
