I'm a 15 years old girl student with 4'11 height and 47 klg.
I think i'm heavy and small for my age and height. Since this pandemic, many of my classmates losed weight. Before their body is much bigger than me, but now my body is now bigger than them, i mean wider.
I used to exercise as well before, last june. But when I noticed that i slowly having an acne breakout, I stopped exercising.
My confidence dropped, my body felt heavier, and i had no motivation to do anything.
My skin is clear and smooth before, like iwhenever i will have pimple, it will be 1 pimple per month.
My classmates used to praise me for having a nice skin.
And now, my face is full of red pimple marks and active pimples.My skincare before doesn't work for me anymore, I already go to dermatologist but it it didnt work, i used so many products on my face hoping it would clear up but it didn't.I'm scared that people will make fun of me because my skin turned out like this.Especially those people that have pimples,they are irritated in me because i have nice skin.
I stopped using any products on my face because i want to let it breathe. My acne calm down already But there are still active pimples. There is alot red marks left, how do i make them disappear?
This april, i want to go back to exercise again.
It will be hard for me since i can't even jump 5 times.
i have big breast and it makes me do things a little hard than it should be.
I can't even wear clothes i want to wear like fitted dress and clothes because i'm embarrased since none of my family have big boobs.
I don't know what happened but suddenly it got this big. It is probably because of puberty.
Many people always wanted they have big boobiez but heres me wishing i have smaller one. I always wear large clothes so my breast isn't that standout.
I always hide it.
I want to lose weight hoping my breast will become smaller too.
It will be a hard fight but i want to make it happen.
Please pray for me? Wish me luck.

Start off slow, do what you can, and keep going. The key to being fit is to do something, every day of your life. Try new things. Dance around for a song a day. Then do 2. Dance alone so you can go crazy.
You can do hard fights, just keep going.
Acne sucks, but it happens. I found out I mal absorb fructose and if I have too much fructose/sugar I get huge acne, the kind that hurt. So you may want to try an elimination diet and see if that helps.
Diet that works for me is to include stuff. Read about nutrition and you'll know what you're missing. So one week say 'i'll eat what i want, but I will also eat a cup of green leafy vegetables every day'. then add more veggies, then add other good foods. It's hard but worth it in the long run.
