Today in U.S. History we did work out of our textbook. On one page there was a photo of a man and I couldn't focus on reading when I could see the photo out of the bottom of my eyes. I covered the photo with my hand, but It made me very anxious as if somehow the man in the photo would bite me if I left my hand there. I needed to keep it covered because I didn't want to be looked at or to have to look at them. I hovered my hand over the photo instead, but I was still sort of anxious. I feel silly for thinking a photo could bite me or look at me.
Similarly, on last Tuesday I believe, I was walking to my 6th period class when I started to sense tiny bird-like creatures going after my ankles. I did not actually see them (i "imagined" them in my head i suppose, that's why I knew they were bird-like), and I know it was nonsense, but I still felt as though something was after my ankles, and I continued to for an hour or two afterwards.
These little things that happen sometimes are quite odd. I don't know what to make of them. These are just two of the small things. I have experienced much worse things that were not quite real or sensible, but those stories can be for later.

If this has been happening for years I don't know what to say. But if this has been happening for a short time you could be having a nervous breakdown so go to a doctor straight away.
